INGREDIENTS:



1.        1cup full-fat Greek yogurt

2.         1/2 cup fresh berries (such asstrawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

3.        2 tablespoons chopped nuts (such asalmonds, walnuts, or pecans)

4.       2tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

5.        1tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

6.        1teaspoon vanilla extract

7.         Keto-friendly sweetener (such aserythritol or stevia), to taste


PREPARATION:

1.                  In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and your preferred keto-friendly sweetener. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.

2.                  In serving glasses or bowls, layer the Greek yogurt with fresh berries.

3.                  Sprinkle a layer of chopped nuts and unsweetened coconut flakes over the berries.

4.                  If using chia seeds, sprinkle a teaspoon of chia seeds over the nut and coconut layer.

5.                  Repeat the layering process with more yogurt, berries, nuts, coconut, and chia seeds until the glasses or bowls are filled.

6.                  Finish with a final layer of berries, nuts, coconut, and chia seeds for an attractive presentation.

7.                  Serve the keto Greek yogurt parfait immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
