1.       1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or anylow-carb milk

2.       1cup fresh spinach leaves

3.        1/2medium avocado, peeled and pitted

4.      1/4cup cucumber, peeled and chopped

5.       1/4cup celery, chopped

6.       1tablespoon chia seeds

7.      1teaspoon lemon juice

8.      1/2teaspoon grated ginger

9.         Keto-friendly sweetener (such asstevia or erythritol), to taste (optional)

10.     Icecubes

PREPARATION:



1.         Ina blender, combine the almond milk, fresh spinach, avocado, cucumber, celery, chiaseeds, lemon juice, and grated ginger.

2.          Ifdesired, add a keto-friendly sweetener to taste for added sweetness

3.         Blendon high until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth and creamy.

4.        Addice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.

5.       Tasteand adjust the sweetness or lemon juice if needed.

6.       Pourthe keto green smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
