KETO SANDWICH




Ingredients:

  • 2 large lettuce leaves (iceberg or romaine work well)
  • 4-6 slices of roasted turkey or chicken breast
  • 2-3 slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 slices of avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (make sure it's keto-friendly)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:

    1. Lay out one lettuce leaf on a clean surface as the base for your sandwich.
    2. Spread a thin layer of mayo on the lettuce leaf.
    3. Layer the turkey or chicken, crispy bacon, tomato slices, and avocado on top of the lettuce leaf.
    4. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
    5. Place the second lettuce leaf on top to create a "sandwich."
