KETO SANDWICH
Ingredients:
- 2 large lettuce leaves (iceberg or romaine work well)
- 4-6 slices of roasted turkey or chicken breast
- 2-3 slices of crispy bacon
- 2 slices of tomato
- 2 slices of avocado
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (make sure it's keto-friendly)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Lay out one lettuce leaf on a clean surface as the base for your sandwich.
- Spread a thin layer of mayo on the lettuce leaf.
- Layer the turkey or chicken, crispy bacon, tomato slices, and avocado on top of the lettuce leaf.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the second lettuce leaf on top to create a "sandwich."
