Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons special sauce (recipe below)
  • 8 small taco-sized flour tortillas

Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Instructions:

    1. Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add diced onions and cook until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.

    2. Prepare Special Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, sugar, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

    3. Warm Tortillas: Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds.

    4. Assemble Tacos: Spread a spoonful of the special sauce onto each tortilla. Add the cooked beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and shredded lettuce. Drizzle more special sauce on top.

    5. Fold and Serve: Fold the tortilla in half to create your Big Mac Taco. Serve immediately and enjoy!
