Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated erythritol (or any keto-friendly sweetener of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

In another bowl, beat the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, erythritol, and vanilla extract until well combined.
