Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) beef strips (such as sirloin or flank steak)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free option)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low-carb vegetables of your choice (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini)
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for added spice

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the beef strips to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in the soy sauce and continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the beef is cooked to your liking.
Add your low-carb vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until they are crisp-tender. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes, depending on the vegetables you choose.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. If you like it spicy, you can add red pepper flakes at this point.
Once everything is cooked to perfection, remove from heat and serve your delicious keto beef stir-fry immediately.
