KETO COFFEE PROTEIN SHAKE




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop keto-friendly protein powder (such as whey or collagen)
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Brew a cup of coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature or refrigerate it.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, almond milk, protein powder, MCT oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the shake is smooth.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until the shake reaches your desired consistency.
  5. Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if needed. You can add a keto-friendly sweetener like stevia or erythritol if desired.
