KETO COFFEE PROTEIN SHAKE
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop keto-friendly protein powder (such as whey or collagen)
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Brew a cup of coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature or refrigerate it.
- In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, almond milk, protein powder, MCT oil, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the shake is smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the shake reaches your desired consistency.
